We often wonder who these people were who lived thousands of years ago and produced such wonders as the pyramids. Many of the details of their culture and religion seem strange and foreign to us, but as people they were very similar to us.

They had the same needs, hopes, and desires as we do and we would find them very friendly and very familiar if we could meet them.
